Want To Go To NWLC…For FREE?

Categories: Free Giveaway,Worship

Want to go to the National Worship Leader Conference for FREE?  Yeah, we thought so.  Each year, there are a wide variety of conferences geared towards worship leaders, but none that are as complete and as beneficial as the NWLC.

Aside from being taught by some of today’s most passionate speakers and being lead in worship by some of the most notable names in worship music, the NWLC gives you access to three days packed with tools and insights to last a lifetime.

NWLC East is October 5-7 and reduced prices for early registration has already ended…but the awesome folks at Worship Leader Magazine and the National Worship Leader Conference are giving one lucky reader of gotworship.net the opportunity to go to the conference for free by giving a free registration and pre-registration. (Note: those who have already registered are not eligible to win – but can register someone else.)

Entering is simple – Enter your twitter name below and click “Get My Links”.  From there, the page will refresh and you will have the opportunity to share your own unique link on Twitter and Facebook.  When you post the link using the buttons…you get points.  When someone clicks on your link to learn about the contest…you get points.  At the end of the month (August 31, 2010 at 8:00pm EST 9:00pm CST due to a computer time difference.), the person at the top of the leader board…wins!

Updates:

You can re-post the exact same link over and over again.  Each time you post it you earn more points.  The more “friends”, “fans” and “followers” that you have who click on that same link earns you even more points!

Also, we’ve discovered that, while the “Send to Twitter” button works flawlessly, the “Send to Facebook” button substitutes a “/” with a “%2″.  As a work-around, copy the link given in the area that says “Or, just copy and paste this link directly where you want to promote it:” to facebook along with your text inviting your friends to attend for free!

Want a few extra points? After you post to Twitter or Facebook (or both), leave us a comment below to share with us what you hope to get out of NWLC East for an extra 5 points!

Ready to spread the word and claim your stake at winning?  Enter your Twitter name and click “Get My Links”

(This contest has now ended.  No further entries are permitted. Want to know when our next contest is? Sign up for our newsletter!)

Make sure to follow @gotworship on twitter and “like” us on Facebook to keep up with the latest news of the contest.

(Please note that points for @gotworship and @jasonwhitehorn do not count.)

I tried to copy/paste and it changes from

It adds a %2F instead of /. The link works on my twitter account though…

Good call, Sara! Ive got the developers looking at the coding on the Facebook link. Meanwhile, I would suggest using the section where it says “Or, just copy and paste this link directly where you want to promote it:” to copy the link to post along with your message on Facebook.

Best of luck to all of you!

I did copy and paste the link and it did the same thing. I tried to post it on my personal page and my music page, and the link didn’t work.

I watched a few of the NWLC10 sermons online when it was happening. And I was really encouraged by the speakers. I would really love to go to this so I can grow as a worshiper. I would love to be a part of the event and worship with other worship leaders from all over North America. I have faith that if I do win the registration that God will provide the means for my transportation and a place to stay. Here’s hoping I win. If not Sarasilvamusic you deserve to win! Thanks to my twitter and facebook friends who have all helped!
